Understand the course content, plan and deliver it to the students within a given time frame. Conduct practicals as per the syllabus
Encourage individual learning through clear communication and effective use of learning aids during the session, enforcing training norms and regulations
Ensure 100% compliance to student attendance and other rules and regulations
Give feedback on the course content and other training materials to ensure that the information students receive remains relevant, accurate and up to date
Evaluate the learning of students on weekly and monthly basis and send evaluation reports as per project requirement within set timelines.
Provide feedback to the students about their performance and counsel them on a regular basis for their learning and growth.
Facilitate industry interaction and interface
Conduct work readiness module and prepare students for world of work.
Counselling students in matters such as vocational choices and life skills to ensure maximum student enrolment for the retail class
Ensure that pass percentage and average marks scored by the students is maintained as per the target given by company
Assist/facilitate in placement of the students/ Arrange campus interview where ever possible and needed
Job Specifications:
MBA/PG in Marketing/Retail with one year of experience in Marketing/Sales/Sales & Operation/Sales & Services /Teaching Or Graduate with diploma/certificate in Retail Management/Marketing & Sales with two years of experience in Marketing/Sales/Sales & Operation/Sales & Services /Teaching.
Effective communication skills(Verbal and written)
Proficiency in IT skills.
Excellent team player with the ability to work in a collaborative and consultative manner.
Ability to connect with students through innovative teaching skills
Age limit 18 to 37 years
