Role purpose:
Looking for a trainer who would be responsible for imparting process training to the new joiners & also responsible for refresher trainings.
Role accountabilities and tasks:
-Identifying the training needs across levels & conducting Refresher Training for the employees to improve the productivity. Coordinate training schedule, set up, creation of training materials and follow-up
-Training new employees in areas including product knowledge, customer communications and internal systems
-Responsible for providing the product knowledge (Term Insurance, Ulips and Health Insurance) to all new joinees.
-Delivering product training (including selling skills, soft skills, objection handling) to Associate Sales Consultants, -Team Leaders and Asst. Sales Managers
-Assist in delivery of ongoing training programs
-Evaluate training and report on trainees
-Reviewing trainee's performances and preparing participants’ score sheets
-Arrange for follow-up training, or report back following training sessions
-Timely & constructive feedback and counseling of the trainees
-Maintain detailed records of workshops conducted, participant lists, feedback, follow up activities etc.
-Competencies required (in order of importance)
-Atleast one year experience in imparting Sales/Process training.
