Accountabilities:

To learn to be, and become, an effective Recruitment Consultant
To ensure at all times that you are acting in the best interests of clients, candidates and ASAP
To learn to build a successful ‘desk’, demonstrating a proactive and
forward-thinking approach in your drive for continuous improvement
To generate an agreed level of revenue for the Company, whilst
maintaining a quality service built on honesty, integrity and
professionalism
To think like an entrepreneur, not an employee – taking ownership of your own success


Main Duties:


To work with the existing team, and learn to take ownership of your desk and grow your own client and candidate portfolio
To be proactive in business development
To meet and where possible exceed agreed activity level targets (in
terms of business development calls, client meetings, mandates taken,
candidate interviews, submissions, send outs, placements, etc.)
To be proactive in remaining abreast of trends and developments within recruitment industry
To contribute to the team through day-to-day involvement and ad hoc project work
To generate business by Cold calling (Tele-sales) and via building network.
Other ad hoc duties as required


Candidates
• Interviewing and liaising with candidates to determine their personal strengths and job requirements
• Matching candidates to jobs
• Providing advice on the career opportunities in the markets we serve, including how to improve a CV
• Briefing candidates on suitable roles and preparing them for interviews
• Managing
the recruitment process, from the initial interview through to the
offer being made. You will also facilitate negotiations between the
client and candidate, such as salary and start date, and provide
feedback before and after interviews
• Maintaining the candidate database and promoting jobs to new and existing candidates


Clients
• Introducing suitable candidates to new and existing clients
• Developing
long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of
their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences
• Supplying carefully selected shortlists of candidates
• Designing and running recruitment campaigns including the creation of advertisements
• Managing the recruitment process in full from registering a vacancy to the arrival of the successful recruit

Essential:


Graduate in any discipline


A smart, business-like appearance
is required for client-facing roles, and in order to set a good example
for candidates to follow when attending for interviews
Able to learn quickly; able to multi-task and prioritise; pays attention to detail; is able to construct persuasive arguments
PC literate – to include MS Office, email and internet; keyboard skills; good standard of Business English.
Demonstrating teamwork skills, influencing skills
Confident; professional; team player; resilient; calm under pressure;
self motivating; service orientated; thorough; ambitious and driven
Able to work in the City; flexible on hours; seeking a career, not just a job


Desirable:


MBA
or BBA level qualification or equivalent demonstrating ability to apply
oneself and complete written work to an advanced standard


Ability to demonstrate a strong
attendance record is preferred as although this is an office-based role,
we recognise it is a demanding one
Previous recruitment experience, with a proven track record of success;
Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of success;
Common sense; strong analytical skills Able to think creatively and seize marketing opportunities
Enjoys socialising outside work, encouraging team spirit

Working Conditions


Probation:


All roles are subject to a 6 month probationary period, during which time notice period is two weeks.


Hours:


Office hours are generally 9:30am
to 5.30pm. However, it should be noted that additional hours are often
required. For example, the team will often stay late or come in early in
order to service urgent requirements.


Location:


The role is based on the 1st Floor, D M Plaza, Chhotapara, Raipur


Salary & Benefits:


Salary: 10000-15000 pm


Although this may be negotiable
depending on the skills and expertise brought to the role, and the
anticipated revenue to be generated. The
ASAP commission structure will apply. This is uncapped, and directly
related to the level of revenue generated by the individual, so the
opportunity is there to earn a significant amount in addition to the
basic salary.
