7.Remitting Funds through RTGS/NEFT for Inland payment
8.Refund of Interest in case of pre-poned payments post proper check, If client claims.
9.Maintaining of tracker for signature verification of banks and Bank Visit Report (BVR) expiry, proactively get the fresh Signature Verification and BVR done prior to expiry.
10.Periodic physical verification of Direct Recourse Under Letter of Credit Outstanding Documents.
Export Collection Authoriser :
1.Generation of Outstanding Bills/Loan report from related system (OBIEE) on daily/weekly basis
2.Scrutiny of Bills received for processing.
3.Authorisation of Bill in Flexcube Corporate system.
4.Checking of Country Risk as per Grid provided by Credit and Market Risk group.
5.Monitoring of Converter utility and outstanding entries in Nostro accounts.
6.Meetings to be held with client/Relationship Manager to educate them for reucing First Time Not Right cases.
7.Monitoring updation of inward messages in FCC received in inward traker.
8.Monitoring of calculation of interest and refund of correct amount of interest the time of booking and liquidation.
9.Updation and circulation of charges approval in Trade Stream and amongst team members.
10.Liaising with RBI for cases referred to them.
Letter of Credit Authoriser :
1.Scrutinizing & verification of Letter of Credit application.
2.Authorize the Letter of Credit contract inputted in system.
3.Authorize Letter of Credit in Swift.
4.Ensuring transactions are processed within defined TAT.
5.Checking of swift messages received in inward tracker and informing/taking necessary actions.
6.Updating pricing/charges approval in system.
7.Attending Internal Audit and responding to their queries.
8.Monitoring of General Ledger/Suspense accounts.
Bills under Letter of Credit/processing of Buyers Credit Authorizer :
1.Scrutinize Bills received under Letter of Credit.
2.To check swift message if any received with respect to presentation/other instruction received.
3.Check Office of Foreign Assets Control list/Specially Designated Nationals list.
4.Authorization of bills in Flexcube Corporate system.
5.To check if all Message Type 734 messages have been authorized/sent to presenting bank if applicable.
6.Scrutinizing acceptance letter/payment letter received from customer.
7.Authorization of acceptance in system and Swift.
8.Check for the Letter of Credit bills due for payment on daily basis.
9.Authorization of Bills liquidated in system and authorization of payment messages.
10.Attending Internal Audit and responding to their queries.
11.Monitoring of General Ledger/Suspense accounts.
12.Updating pricing/charges approval in system.
13.Scrutinizing Buyers Credit request.
14.Authorization of Buyers Credit contract in FCC.
15.Authorization of Letter of Undertaking in Swift.
Guarantees Authoriser:
1.Vetting of the Bank Guarantees.
2.Authorisation of Bank Guarantee issuance, Amendment, Cancellation, Invocations.
3.Monitoring, tracking and conducting follow up towards Bank Guarantee Invocation cases (both conditional and unconditional).
4.Liaising and interacting with Customers, Relationship Managers for their queries/doubts.
5.Liaising and following up with internal depts. viz. Credit, Credit Administration Department, Business Banking Operations, Legal etc.
6.Providing complete service as per Service Level Agreement to different Business verticals.
7.Training and guidance to team members and Relationship Manager/s.
8.Voucher Management
9.Timely processing of all records in the RMS/Archival system as per laid down guidelines.
10.To liaise with Record management Agency for storage/retrieval of records.
11.Investigate customer complaints and analyze, send response and resolve the same under intimation to seniors.
