Position: Tool Room Incharge (Sheet Metal)

Location: Ludhiana

Qualification: Degree/Diploma Tool Room/Mechanical Design

Experience: 3-7 years in New die development, old die modification, draw tools, to make die according to drawing and sample.

Job Profile: 

1. Should know operating of all tool room conventional non conventional machines, different steel material their application, Cutting tools its setting of parameters

2. Checking tooling drawings, preparing machining sketches and issuing to tool room. Coordinating with management marketing deptt. for tool development design development

4. Should have vast experience in Sheet Metal Tool Design Development

5. Should be capable of handling Tool Room independently. Maintaining entire Tooling development including required analysis, finalizing specifications, designing, sample development. Testing activities, validation, tool design, new tools trial, samples.
