Managing multiple teams & steering the Mobility queue ona high level from all operational and project related aspects: KPIs, Hiring, People Management and Commercial revenue.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership [max 5]:
People Management
Define the team KPIs and monitor member’s performance to meet the global project management standards
Ensure good communication flow between team members on Service level & business level
Assign and prioritize roles and responsibility to team leaders & teams.
Supervise, motivate and develop teamsof staff in a high volume, high-pressure customer oriented environment
Guide & Coach team leaders & team members and ensure required skills are acquired for each role.
Appraise team members performance and apply action plans to improve team members performance in project management principals
Client Relationship Management
Maintain the relation with Vodafone Local operators managementand proactively communicate with service owners through monthly review\Quarter business review meetings
Respond to major escalation and provide required support
Maintain good relationship with service owners and different stakeholders in Vodafone Spain, Service owners, and TSS management.
Manage monthly business reviews with service owners.
Demand resource and capacity management
Ensure teams capacity are efficiently managed
Manage incoming demand from existing streams and assign Projects to project managers
Flex resource capabilities and skills toensure efficient resource management
Provide resource requirements forecast according to demand pipeline
Work closely with HR business partners to agree on resourcing plan and maintain healthy active pipeline
