Job Description:
· Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and hospital-based ESI staff
· To handles Institutional sales, Corporate sales in Deller and Distribution network
· To increase royalty revenue from franchisee business of PDW
· To evaluate the performance and professional skills of the distribution teams to recommend training, hiring and de-hiring needs
· To plan and ensure setting up of distribution network for FMCD products and PDW
· To appoint distributors and dealers in the assigned territory
· To achieve sales objectives for area by brand and pack on a daily basis through required coordination with other departments ensuring optimum cost RTM
· To review regularly and monitor daily/weekly and monthly activity reports and suggest appropriate improvements
· Division for Rurban (will deal will all products of Pidilite)
· Knowledge of share 8 E&I profiles for closure
