Experience: · Ideal candidate should have a total experience ranging 4-6 years in general trade sales domain with minimum of 4 years FMCG experience in an established organization. · Proficiency in local language · Proficiency of geography management Description: Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for General Trade sales of a territory with focus on coverage expansion and distributor management to drive secondary value & volume objectives. This role reports to Area Business Manager (State Head) and has company payroll Sales representatives (SRs) reporting. A TSE will have up to 10 SRs reporting into him/her. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure achievement of secondary sales targets of the territory by aligning and driving SR performance 2. Ensure territory coverage expansion as per the plan 3. Ensure territory outlet throughput as per plan 4. Manage Distributor to ensure adequate infrastructure & build relations to ensure no concerns around inventory norms and payments 5. Coach, manage & evaluate Sales Representatives 6. Ensure adequate service level in market & build business in existing & new outlets 7. Ensures execution of visibility plans & Merchandizing through SRs. 8. Focus and drive Sales enablers viz ECO, Bill productivity, no. of lines and sales value. 9. Tracking competition activities in terms of visibility, schemes, margins, drives etc. and report the same to ABM
