Approaching and selling products to Small & Medium Enterprises
Developing client pipeline in various sectors of operation i.e. Real Estate, Cars & Bikes, Jobs, Services etc.
Following established sales procedure both internal (report making etc.) and external (contract signing)
Meeting sales target on a monthly basis
Should have customer focus and result oriented approach.
Individual contribution role.
Achieve reasonable but aggressive sales results.
Ability to sell the Signature Network product
Understand the market, the customer and the competition.
Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals.
Direct sales focus to identify and uncover opportunities.
Ensure each sales consultant is equipped and driven to fulfill clients' present and future needs through consultative engagement and solutions selling.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
1+ year's successful experience in sales with a consistent proven track record of exceeding quota expectations.
Hardcore sales people - Direct field sales experience is added advantage.
Successful business to business sales management experience preferred.
Outstanding communication skills and presence.
Strong sale closure skills with good presentation skills.
Organizational skills for proper territory planning/management.
Working knowledge of : Jobs, Cars & Bikes, Real Estate, Services, Electronics, Media Industry, Dot Com industry, Online Marketing, Space Selling, Banking, Insurance, Newspaper, TV, Telecom segments within assigned territory.
Demonstrated record of achievement in prior sales position.
Excellent oral, written and telephone skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
Product / professional business knowledge.
Computer literate with knowledge of word processing applications and Excel spreadsheets.
