Handling business of the existing franchise & Dealing with B2B Agents
Train and support sales team to make conversions, walk-ins, and referrals and increase sales.
Provide all required Sales and Operations support to Franchisees
Planning Region specific Marketing & Advertisements plans to increase sales at each Franchisee location.
Manage product promotion, conduct presentation-product demonstration and participate in trade exhibitions, offers and product launch.
Host and monitor customer service camps, organize corporate events.
Visit the client site, premises to encourage the customer make suitable decision on purchase and boost the company’s reputation and sales.
Provide customer tracking records to Management and ensure daily updation of data.
Prepare sales forecasts and individual sales target plans, presentations, monitor account status reports, conduct team performance reviews and introduce sales contests for team.
Achieve seasonal deal targets .
Monitor revenue, yield sales productivity in order to recommend changes to operational activities to increase the efficiency of system process. Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Identifying shortcomings of Franchisee Owners, Store Managers & Salesforce and arranging necessary training if required.
Market Analysis for Rates competitiveness & Potential threats from Suppliers. Competition tracking.
