Attain all incoming calls from clients/ leads/mail/phone etc. (Daily basis).
Make outgoing calls to existing clients / prospects / leads / follow-ups.
Support sales team to achieve Sales volumes targets.
Area of coordination South India.
Maintain Excel Sheet Year WiseIncoming Enquiries, Web Enquiries, India mart Enquiries.etc (Twice in a week).
Maintain Different Sales Sheet Year Wise- Residential Clients, Society Clients, and Corporate Clients- Sales Executive wise. (Monthly twice).
Send Sales Report to Manger-Daily/ Weekly Basis.
Support Sales team for closures on phone.
Take the scheduled ofvisit , Installation, Repair Work.
Co-ordinate With Sales Person Regarding Visit ,Measurement , Installation.
Prepare Quotations of Residential, Society, Corporate clients on excel / word / PDF.
Follow up for sales closures Residential Clients, Society Clients, and Corporate Clients.
Prepare Work Orders with the help of receipts of Actual work done by installation team and forward it to accountsdepartment. (Daily)
Prepare and send Courier on daily basis.
Co-ordinate with Installation team for Installation Schedule and payments follow up.
Handling CRM on daily basis.
Handle day to day petty cash and cheque deposits / banktransactions.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 3 to 4 years
Annual CTC: As Per Company Standards
