Receive inbound & dial outbound calls to help members for Travel plans
Answer member questions, as well as question members to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
Document all calls with regards to member inquires accurately.
Monitor CRM so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
Follow-up with members within a 24-hour period in regard to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let members know that their inquiry is still be researched.
Knowledge of Travel related products
Provide quality customer service on every call.
Communicate clearly and effectively with members.
Promote good listening skills.
Manage length of calls.
Recognizing and managing assertive member calls.
Promote teamwork and call center success.
Review/Research monthly articles on Effective Telephone & sales Techniques.
Listen to and critique recorded conversations for purposes of improving customer skills.
Organize and prioritizes duties.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly revenue goals.
Skills required:
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent selling skills (over the phone).
Travel sales experience.
Call Centre experience.
Ability to achieve targets.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0-4 yrs
