• Outbound tele-calling
• Maneuvering through the organization to connect with the right party contact
• Presenting the programme details and soliciting interest
• Positioning the product strongly with it’s features & benefits
• Generating interest in presented product
• Scheduling appointment if need be
English & Hindi
Primary External Interactions –
(Clientele type required to be handled)
• HR Heads / Managers
• L&D Heads / Managers
• Business Heads
Competencies:
• Fairly good communication skills
• Ability to grasp quickly & co-relate
• Good client relationship / rapport / bonding skills
• Having a persuasive / go-getter attitude
• Moderate proficiency in computer operating
• Typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
Qualification:
Graduate / Undergraduate (10+2)
Experience:
Fresherwith good communication skills
OR
6-12 months tele-calling experience in lead generation.
Remuneration:
Monthly CTC of Rs. 12,000 – Rs. 14,000
