Tele Counsellor

Job Description:

1) To tele-counsel the interested candidates who want to settle abroad.

2) Asking basic information like name, country Interested in, years of experience, phone number etc.

3)Closing the call after verifying, that all questions have been answered

4) Recording the information

5) Maintain and develop a computerized customer care and prospect database.

6) Maintain detailed and accurate records.

7) Converting maximum clients into walk-ins.

8) Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.

9) Respond and to follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone and personal visits

10) Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with internal order processing staff

11) Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

12) Fresher with good sales experience who are confident and matured enough to handle the responsibility can also apply for the position.

13) Maintaining Database on Daily Basis.
