Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

·         Raise awareness and funds for our clients by calling assigned warm leads

·         Achieve daily and weekly performance targets

·         Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects when needed

·         Capture call outcomes on the database

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Previous Tele Calling experience into outbound sales and Marketing

·         10+2, bachelor’s degree graduate preferred

·         Drive to inspire people to support the causes our clients represent

·         Good communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation:

·         Fixed monthly salary plus uncapped performance incentives

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required:  0.6-3 Years

Annual CTC: 18,500 to 19,500 monthly plus uncapped performance incentives
