Ø  JOB DESCRIPTION 
1. Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US 
customers 
2. Responsible to troubleshoot the issues related to Desktops, Laptops 
& Printers. 
3. Technical knowledge of operating systems. 
4. Providing technical assistance to international clients should focus 
on selling of Annual/Per incident plan (up selling) 
 
5.Knowledge of computers, laptops, operating systems and computer hardware / software - Good working knowledge of the Internet.
 6.Advance troubleshooting skills for Windows/Mac computers - Peripherals like Printers, Scanners and Multinational Devices.
 7.Virus issues including Manual Virus removal, antivirus technologies - Third party software related issues.
 8.Troubleshooting Home wireless Networking issues and Troubleshooting eMail clients.
9.Preference would be given to candidates with hands on experience on the following: Adobe Softwares, Quickbooks, Turbo Tax, Amazon Kindle, Magiclack, Android/Windows/Blackberry Smartphones.
