with minimum 6 months technical experience can apply
Should have excellent written and verbal English skills
Ability and willingness to learn

Should have great interpersonal skills and ability to perform under pressure
Work in (24*7) shift; rotational

1) Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills thinks logically.
2) Working knowledge of personal computer architecture and network
architecture.
3) Server support operates on callback model where the cases are created for
the customers and the engineers call the customers depending upon the severity
of their issues.
