Position : Technical Specialist
Location : Gurgaon, West Delhi and South Delhi.
Experience : Minimum one year experience in technical support campaign with International BPO.( By technical support i mean support to direct home users in USA, Canada, UK and not business users)
Requirements- 2-3 candidates.
Job Description :
• Should have advance Knowledge of technical troubleshooting. Comfortable to work on issues related to virus, printer,email clients, no boot issues, black screen, BSOD and networking issues
• Excellent or may be good communication skills
• Ready to work in night shifts
• Hiring Zone Gurgaon, West Delhi and South Delhi.
Note --Candidates who have worked in companies like Dell , HP , John Kells , Wipro, HCL etc or processes like AOL,AT$T, Microsoft, are best suitable match.
We do not need candidates with certification in networking , servers, switches, or Infrastructure management.
Salary Range – 20k-35K
Other Skills: Smart with good communication.
