Position : Technical Sales Executive/ Technical Support Executive
Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands .
Sales and Delivery of Technical Services and Support for major Brands.
Diagnosis & resolving of the hardware problems and troubleshooting.
Verifies warranty entitlement and determines appropriate action.
Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures.
Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
Provides basic remote deployment, maintenance and consulting service.
Rotational night shift
Desired Profile:
Graduate / Pursuing Graduation / Drop outs.
0 - 6 months Exp. in Voice support in BPO/KPO/IT.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal as well as written.
Comfortable to work in 24x7 working environment.
Able to crack sales on Pop up / Emails / Printer / Router / PPC / Quick book Calls
