We have an urgent opening for the profile of Technical Sales.

Job Description 

Responsible for outbound calls from Customers for Selling of Online Technical Seles Subscription for Window based Computers/laptops

Candidates with 1 year + Experience in Technical Sales Process in International BPO

Must have Software and Hardware knowledge in terms of common issues and resolutions like Virus, System

 Slow issues. Printers and other peripherals along with Laptop and Desktops

1. To achieve targets

2. Should have Experience in Hardcore Selling

3. Should have good convincing power

4. Would be required to handle Customer Grievance

5. Should be Comfortable with shift timings

6. Excellent in Communication and Technical skills

Education Qualification - Undergraduate/Graduate - Any Stream/Post graduate

Location – Noida Sector 63

Shift – US (Both side Cab) + Meal

Salary:- 15K to 30K + High Incentive
