Job Description:
- Must have minimum 6 months experience in International BPO (inbound/outbound calling process)
- Installing, configuring and troubleshooting computer equipment and associated components.
- Providing Technical support to customers regarding laptops and desktop issues.
- Taking calls to maintain customer service skill.
- Providing technical assistance to international clients.
- Troubleshoot for technical issues.
- Performing callbacks as required.
- Calling & Sales Process.
- USA In & out bond process.
- Awareness of LMI (Logmein) and Team viewer
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
Shift Timings: Night Shift (7.00 pm - 4.00 am)
