Job Description:
As a Technical Lead in Serosoft, You are responsible for the Technical Design/Architect for our products and to Lead a Team of Developers.
Experience¬¬¬¬¬¬ Minimum 8 years in Software Development
Key Activities:
• Technical Design of a specific Education Management Product and other projects
•
• Work with Product Managers to understand requirements and translate that into Technical Design for existing Products
•
• Design and Code Reviews for Product features.
•
• Drive technical innovation for the products by evaluating technologies / frameworks which could be leveraged in the Product implementations if required.
•
• MUST have very good analytical abilities.
•
• MUST be hands-on with development activities (coding, testing etc)
•
• Should have the ability to do mentoring, training of developers on technical topics
•
• Preferably should have Product Development experience.
•
• Should have technical inclination and to grow on Technical path as an individual contributor
