Technical Lead

Job Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for design and architect web solutions for the technology team. He/she will validate the conceptual design and functional specification document and create & execute work packages.

He/she will report to the Associate Manager – Technology and will guide his/her team to achieve individual, team and customer objectives.

Skills required:

• 6-8 years’ experience in building web solutions
• Demonstrated experience in system analysis, design, development and implementation of web based applications
• Hands on experience in .Net web development technologies(C#/VB, ASP.NET, Web Services, WebForms, XML)
• Experience with RDBMS database (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Sybase)
• Should have lead and managed a team of 5+ resources
• Should have interacted and managed US / UK customers
• Should be willing to on AMPScript
• Expertise in coding, debugging and unit testing systems per requirements and technical design
• Proficiency with front-end scripting: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, AJAX and jQuery
• Excellent Knowledge of OOP Concepts
• Strong SQL development skills preferred
• Knowledge of HTML5 and responsive coding will be an added advantage
• Experience with developing for mobile platform and knowledge of SharePoint is a plus
• Mentor and educate team members in design and coding best practices in individual and group settings
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation
• Write high level and low level design documents and other documentation required for the project
• Draft well-written technical and business communications.
• Provide input to development effort estimates
• Ability to motivate and lead team members towards achieving team objectives
• Ability to identify and solve problem issues on time
• Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment, focused on delivering excellent levels of service to customers.
