Technical consultant

Looking for technical consultant for setting up a fish farming project from scratch. The person should have extensive knowledge and end to end experience in the field of aquaculture / pisiculture.
The incumbent have to stay at the project site situated in one of the north-eastern states till the project is complete. Suitable accomodation will be provided.
