Ready to work in shift. Responsibilities:- Provide support to users as infrastructure support engineer. Working Knowledge on Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012 operating systems. Conduct Level 2 troubleshooting activities to ensure timely resolution and meet client servicelevel agreements. Perform routine and emergency maintenance of Windows server environment. Keep a track of uptime and capacity utilization of servers and publish reports to management. Assist application development team on their application issues related to Windows OSenvironment Perform basic troubleshooting on servers for basic network related issues using commands, i.e., Traceroute, Telnet and Ping, etc. Should have knowledge about Active batch 7 & 9,ControlM. Should be able to review and analyze Windows event logs to troubleshoot the issues. Experience working with software installation/upgrading procedures, windows server patching. Experience working with file and system maintenance procedures Experience in monitoring tools will be an added advantage Experience in VMWARE technology Secondary Skills Linux is added advantage ITIL Procedure and Ticketing tool
