Job summary
Customer will call regarding the technical problem in their laptop, computer, printer , router, I pad, pop up calls etc. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps and resolve the issues and charge an amount for this service.
Job requirement:
Candidates should have minimum 1year experience in International Bpo (Tech sales)
Excellent verbal communication in English
Take the customer through the sales process
Obtain customer information
Ability to Analyze, Research and solve highly Technical, Unique problems.
Excellent Communication & Trouble shooting skills
Benefits:
Though it’s a sales process but salary is fixed upto 25000/-
No deduction from salary
Huge attractive performance incentives
