Team Leader - Windows Application

Help team members with completion of tasks.
Keep up-to-date with technical issues.
Prepares architecture and design notes along with quality documentation at all stages of the development cycle
Manages the execution of project tasks and deliverables as per an approved project schedule
Conducts technical reviews for function, quality and robustness.
Ensures adherence to process discipline
Co-ordinates with higher managers for resource requirements.
Desired Skills:
Programming experience in ASP.NET, VB.NET(c# added advantage), Visual C++ . Multithreaded real time applications development.
Good Knowledge on principles of Object oriented Programming.
Demonstrable skills in most of the following areas:
MFC Architecture, WIN 32 API
Serial Communication, Multithreading
Socket Programming
GUI based development using DOC-View Architecture
Client-Server Systems Architectures
Database programming using Oracle, SQL, MS Access
ATL/COM
Ability to technically lead a team of four to six engineers
Demonstrable skills in modular system design, structured programming, meticulous testing and documentation practice
