1) To Lead a team of 4-5 recruitment executives and professionals.
2) Generating profiles through various internet job portals.
3) Screening the profiles as per the job specifications.
4) Conducting initial interviews of the candidates.
5) Arranging interviews and follow up.
6) Handling the recruitment process of sourcing till joining of the candidate.
7) Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for the team.
8) Developing a recruiting pipeline.
9) Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
10) Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
