To manage the process of optimising resources to meet agreed departmental time scales.
To diagnose complicated mechanical problems and ensure that work completed meets all manufacturers’quality standards,delivering exceptional quality.
Monitor team and individual efficiencies to ensurl key performance indicators are met.
Manage liaison between workshop and service reception on customer vehicleprogress.
Develop,guide,direct,motivate and manage the performance of all direct reports in line with thePerformance.
Management System to assist in the realisation of their potential and to enhance their knowledge-based skills
Conduct diagnostic testing where required to assist mechanics in resolving complicated mechanical problems.
Identify any work required that is covered by the warranty process,ensure all documentation is completed and coordinate.
