To generate new leads to increase the sales of the Company by making Telephonic Calls. (Calls will be made majorly to Traders,Wholesellers,Manufacturing Units, HORECA Sector,Distributors,GovernmentInstitutions,Supermarketsetc)
2. Over the call , the work of the Salesman will be to assist & guide the Customer in Product Selection & quoting competitive price so that the deal gets closed.
3. He’ll be responsible for maintain proper record of all the enquiries and doing regular followups to generate new or repeat business.
4. He’ll be responsible to keep systematic updation/maintenance of records for reporting purpose.
5. He’ll be responsible to take current/competitive prices from potential and approved suppliers ensuring best rate & quality.
6. He’ll be responsible to coordinate & get the contract made with complete terms & conditions like Shipment Schedule, Payment terms etc
7. He must ensure payment security & receipt of cash/Cheque on time.
8. He must take every possible step to ensure that the Customer is not only happy but is delighted with the services.
9. He will be responsible to Handle his team to generate business as well as assist him time to time to get maintain relationship with customer . Team work will be priority job.
Key Requirements:
1. The Candidate must have excellent Communication skills.
2. He must have good negotiation and convincing skills.
3. He must have brief knowledge on computer application.
4. He must have 3 -4 year of experience.
5. Age must be in between 30 to 35.
