QUALIFICATION : DIPLOMA / DEGREE
EXPERIENCE : 5 TO 10 YEARS
SALARY : 20 TO 30 K

Job Description:
• Supervises the daily activities of data entry operators.
• Need to handle more than 10 members of team
• Responsible for directing and allocating work to personnel, as well as monitoring and evaluating their work.
• Training new data entry operators on related systems and procedures.
• Resolving complex or complicated inaccuracies, missing data or data unable to be verified.
• Creating, reviewing and reporting on data entry procedures and variances.
• Debates the key benefits and drawbacks of alternative data entry methods, technologies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationships with external sources and resources.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Develops, implements and communicates data access and dissemination policies and practices.
• Facilitates the adoption of best practices for data entry and relevant technology.
• Apply data program techniques and procedures
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities and check output
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
