Job description:

Publishing daily Reports basis the audits and the findings from the Quality Team
Driving operations to achieve quality metrics
Implementation of quality best practices to improve quality score and thus customer satisfaction
Design and implementation of quality processes for the projects
Responsible for good customer service/ experience through quality initiatives
Responsible for quality assurance as per client requirements/ expectations
Mechanism to share quality observations with training to ensure competency/ skill enhancement
Align quality goals with Customer requirements and organizational objectives
Design, Deploy and continuously improve the Transaction Quality Monitoring program and measurement system for the project
Analyze requirements and document procedures, policies and work instructions to enable the team perform effectively and efficiently
Initiate and drive projects that would increase customer satisfaction, productivity and process Quality
Identify process gaps and work on process improvement to achieve enhanced productivity and better turnaround time
Set goals and deliverables for the team to carry out their activities (KPI"s for quality team)
Monitor individual performance and guide, coach and motivate them to achieve individual as well as team goals
Design and Deploy Calibration (calibration sessions) for the quality analyst to be on the same page of monitoring system
Educate agents on SLA"s and SOP"s to understand the monitoring system
Create ways & means to enable agent acceptance of feedback/changes & help them cope with constant changes
Prepare and maintain scheduling roster to ensure timely work
