Team Lead-PHP

Roles & Responsibilties Include:

1. Over all 4+ years of experience in PHP Development, team management, client management.
2. Develop new sites using Wordpress, Magento, Joomla, Drupal etc
3. Liaise and interface with clients & stakeholders
4. Document technical and functional specifications
5. Provide technical consultancy services to stakeholders & clients
6. Liaise with IT and Systems departments to put best practice, UAT and platform appraisal processes into place.
7. Ensure that we meet commercial 'go-live' deadlines
8. Mentor to junior developers
9. Enterprise level experience of OOP with PHP, MySQL, and SVN, on Unix-like platforms.
10. Standards compliant HTML, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery) and XML.
11. Experience in building themes, plugins etc. for various Open source technologies
12. Confident building user interfaces from PSD files and wireframes for functional specification.
13. You will be expected to generate technical solutions to creative challenges on a daily basis.
14. Proactive and willing to take the initiative to meet deadlines in a very fast paced, commercially driven working environment with constantly shifting priorities.
15. Good verbal and written communication skills.
16. You will be expected to liaise and interface with clients directly, write technical specifications, advise senior management on technical issues on a regular basis.
17. Other ad-hoc duties as required
