Job description, skills and specifications:

1. Translate mock up Photoshop images to code
2. Develop pixel perfect pages that meet design requirements
3. Build cross-client websites/ newsletters
4. Use up-to-date latest web technologies
5. Manage scalable and cross-browser code across the sites
6. Keep consistency of user experience design
7. Completing day to day HTML/CSS tasks
8. Fluency in HTML5/XHTML
9. Mastering CSS2.1/CSS3
10. Strong knowledge of Image Editing Tools
11. Cross-Browser/Cross-Platform Development
12. Understanding of web standards
13. Familiar with design best practice for layouts, typography and usability
14. Experience in modern web techniques and responsive design
15. Good attention to detail
16. Good knowledge of JavaScript

Experience:

1. 3+ years’ working experience.
2. Team Management
3. Timely delivery of said tasks by team
4. Constantly motivate, train team members for greater output
5. Work with php/.net teams for seamless delivery of final product
6. Ability to work in fast paced and evolving environment.

Education

1. Degrees/Diploma in computer science, web design, graphics and software programming.
2. More specific diploma, degree or certificate in web/UI development.
