Role purpose:
-Looking for a Leader who would be effectively communicating the purpose of their company to both employees and customers and responsible for driving sales targets
Role accountabilities and tasks:
-Preparing daily workloads for team members& coordinating the allocation of work.
-Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as required.
-Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets.
-Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements.
-Praising team members, creating positive working environment and providing prompt, accurate information on individual performance.
-Managing daily floor operations, making daily reports and monitoring compliance and process consistency.
-Conducting appraisals & feedback sessions with team members at regular intervals.
-Competencies required (in order of importance)
-At least 1 year experience in Leading a process of selling (Voice Process)

-Any Grad or PG
