Location : New Delhi Experience : 2 – 4 Years Function : BPO/Customer Service Vacancy : 1 Job Description :· Monitor all calls to ensure company standards are maintained · Participate in calibrations and internal meetings Monitor agent activity and constantly evaluate performance Responsible for day to day activities of the team · Share feedback with agents on a constant basis Manage SLA linked to calls · Maintain team discipline and adherence · Train team on product and process changes from time to time Prepare agent productivity & related internal reports · Control attrition and shrinkage & Other Duties as assigned Qualification : Undergraduate Working Days : 6 Days a Week (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Job Nature : Full Time
