Must have 3 to 6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
· Embedded Recruitment Experience is MUST
· Must have exposure to handle end to end IT Recruitment activities.
· Responsible for all permanent in-house recruitment of Embedded / Application Development professionals as per business needs (Recruitment - Screening of profiles, Interviews, short listing of candidates, Placement).
· Self-sourcing on mandates and taking it ahead till the offer and joining stage
· Strong understanding and expertise in using portal, professional networking sites including LinkedIn, various web based search
· Knowledge of current industry trend in recruitment
· Should have proven track record of generating maximum closures as per SLA
· Strong Negotiations skills
