Position Summary:

Core Responsibilities
- Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food supplies and developing the restaurant team.
- Control Profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate action.
- Recruit, interview and hire team members; conduct performance appraisals, motivate and train.
- Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility and surrounding area.
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
