2. Keep track of the Channel Sales development, Network expansion, Distribution management.
3. Formulation and implementation of the total Business Plans vise Sales, Marketing & manpower requirement.
4. Set up sales targets (Primary & Secondary) and confirm results and implementation of the business plan.
5. Ensuring that the total Cost of Operation is being kept low even at the fastest possible expansion.
6. Monitoring and assessing performance of the entire team including self & ensuring performance standards are being met at all levels.
7. Implementing total branding process, sales promotion activities, product management, various marketing and sales driven strategies to keep an edge over the competitors.
8. Enhancing Relationship with channel partners.
9. Developing action plan to achieve sales targets and make sure its implementation down the line.
10. Proactively review the outcome of company sales efforts and take measures to increase its efficiency.
