Requirement - a)2+ year Sales experience

Role description
Formulate plans and strategies for expanding sales in your designated clusters and collaborate with members of the sales team and other functions to meet the overall goals for the region.
Exceptional business and analytical skills and ability to run entire sales cycle independently.
Manage the Cluster End to End (Sales & Operations), own the P&L and achieve targets set by Regional Head.
The role requires coordination with Inside Sales Team ,operations Team and Corporate Sales Team
Making effective sales pitch based on the identified needs of the prospects and handling negotiations effectively
Direct sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
b)Must speak Regional Language
c)Relevant Sales/Startup experience is a plus. P&L responsibility of entire state (mention in JD)
d)Local Candidate preferred. Must have managed a team size of 10+ employees
e)Must be graduate Tier1/2college/MBA preferred
f)Hiring Deadline- 5th Jan 2018
g)Candidate should be willing to travel as the role requires travelling through entire state / region
