Sr/Design Engineer

Designation-Design Engineer
Job Description-Design, develop and refine high quality models using 3D & 2D design softwares like Autocad and Solidworks etc.
Responsibilities-
1. Develop detailed designs for mechanical equipment and its components.
2. Resolve design problems.
3. Review and analyze specifications.
4. Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for components or machinery.
5. Compute dimensions of materials and instruct purchase accordingly.
6. Produce designs that meet targets for feasibility, performance, costs, quality, safety, legislation and timing.
7. Ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with company design, safety, quality, environmental compliance and procedural standards.
8. Interact with customer, production & marketing, as necessary to obtain critical design information necessary to complete project within intended time frame.
9. Update and maintain product design files.
10. Train and guide Production Engineers on engineered design.
Knowledge, Skills/Abilities and Work traits
- Graduate Engineer with min.2 years experience in mechanical design (preferably in rubber or plastic machinery field.
-Working knowledge of Autocad and Solidworks.
- Diploma holders can also be apply.
