1.Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via meetings, telephone calls and emails.
2.Visiting potential customer/Distributors / Dealer / Retailer/ Architects/Builders / Contractors/ Fabricators.
3.Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
4.Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
5.Gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future buying trends.
6.Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with your company's managers.
7.Advising on forthcoming product developments & discussing special promotions.
8.Liaising with suppliers to check on the progress of existing orders.
9.Checking quantities of goods on display and in stock.
10. Identifying new markets & opportunities.
11.Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales.
12.Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed target.
