Sr. Sales Associate
Position Overview
Reporting to the Area Sales Manager, the Sr. Sales Associate is responsible for implementation of sales strategies in order to meet company targets for the assigned projects. Major duties include: Ensuring that short-term and long-term sales targets for the assigned projects are consistently met; reporting on sales metrics; managing the sales administration process; and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Provide inputs in target setting exercise and ensure that the sales targets for the assigned projects are met.
• Manage day-to-day sales activities for the assigned project –Attracting prospective buyers, understanding client requirements, suggesting properties suiting requirements, taking client for inspection of short-listed properties, execution & closure of deals, and ensure completion of end-to-end documentation pertaining to sale.
• Inspect condition of project premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify respective builders of maintenance needs.
• Contribute to building a solid sales/lead generation team that exceeds sales goals.
• Conduct various BTL marketing activities for the assigned project.
• Report to Sales Manager on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers to help facilitate continued sales opportunities, identify project performance issues, and ensure customer retention.
• Collaborate with other team members to reach period sales goals.
• Attend weekly team meetings regularly.
• Attend industry conferences and events to network and develop industry expertise.
• Perform other duties assigned by the ownership of the company.
Job Requirements
• Experience : relevant 1-2 years of experience.
• Graduate Preferred.
• Knowledge in MS Office required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrable competencies such as Teamwork, Negotiations & Excellent Interpersonal skills.
• Excellent inter-personal skills combined with a consultative approach and the ability to present solutions to client needs.
• Proficiency in work enabling technology.
• Ability to work in self-directed, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• In depth knowledge of day-to-day operations of the Real Estate business.
• Strong work ethic.
