Job Description of HR Recruiter
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to create new leads and interacting with prospective customers and converting them into clients.
2. Responsible to handle complete recruitment process from sourcing to till on-boarding the candidate after identifying the manpower requirement from clients.
3. Sourcing CVs from Job portals like Monster, Naukri and LinkedIn etc.
4. Search and screen resumes and identify possible matches. Preliminary Interviewing and negotiations with identified candidates
5. Screening & short-listing candidates profile as per the requirements of clients and confirm the same for the further proceedings in the selection process.
6. Handling telephonic interviews in order to judge the candidate's suitability, communication skills and understand their competencies and making them understand job role
7. Providing complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
8. Preparing candidates for interviewing with the clients by providing detailed information about job descriptions, company policies and expectation.
9. Arranging for personal interview on short listing with the client and co-coordinating for the further rounds of interview.
10. Mediate between client and candidate in negotiation of salary and notice period.
11. Performing detailed reference check and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with clients.
12. Ensure the candidates join as per DOJ.
13. General follow up calls / emails to the candidate for feedback after joining.
14. Ability to meet the set targets, deadlines and capacity to work under pressure
