Job Purpose
The primary function of the Sr. Oracle Developer role is to effectively deliver Oracle applications technical requirements for several modules of the Oracle Release R12 e-Business suite or later, in order to provide an integrated information system solution to Rawabi Businesses
Principal Accountabilities
Reporting to the Business Transformation Unit Head, the Oracle ERP Technical Consultant will provide expertise and knowledge in the technical side of the Oracle Release R12 e-Business suite or Later.
Work as a technical consultant in the Oracle Applications practice involving designing & developing of reports and forms for various modules of the Oracle Apps.
Preparation of documentation such as MD 050/MD070 for Customizations.
Data migration for All Modules (Finance/Supply Chain & HRMS).
Write Interfaces for Oracle Applications modules, XML Publisher, Oracle Discoverer, OA Frame work etc. in co-ordination with the functional consultants.
Advanced knowledge of working in Oracle Applications, integration interface designing, cross platform data migration, web services design and HTML Development.
Design and develop the code for component (RICE) as per the requirement specified in functional requirement specification.
Identify technical gaps in user requirements and design custom solutions to cater the user requirements.
Document the application extension technical design documents based on the AIM approach.
Review the documents / deliverables delivered by the Implementation Vendor team.
Perform in-house trainings for users and IT team on an as needed basis.
Work with Oracle Support when needed to ensure system is running smoothly.
Facilitate and actively participate in all phases of the Implementation cycle, to include Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation.
Assist, coach, and mentor other engagement team members on technical issues they may encounter in the design and implementation of solutions.
Actively participate in the troubleshooting phase once the product has gone "live".
Develops and documents Rawabi’s expertise, know-how, controls, and capabilities within the Oracle ERP.

Participates as an active member in the strategic planning process of the ERP systems across the organization.
Develops communication plans; work closely with business process stakeholders to define training and post-installation support requirements.
Interacts with external suppliers of Oracle ERP System and database administration services.
Interfaces with the other IT team members, and provides them with support when needed.
Interacts with and update Business transformationUnit Head with all Oracle ERP Project related issues and concerns.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Bachelors and/or Masters Degree or equivalent.
6+ years of experience in a similar position, with experience in designing, developing, testing, implementing, supporting and providing integrated solutions in various industries.
Willing to be part of Core Internal Oracle ERP Team on Permanent Basis to implement & support Super users & End Users whenever needed.
Advanced knowledge of working in Oracle Applications, integration interface designing, cross platform data migration - web services design and HTML Development is a plus.
Skilled in the development of Forms customizations and reports as well as excellent proficiency in Oracle Sys Admin.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle Applications interface, tables and API's.
Expertise in RICE (has developed new Reports, Interface, Customization, Extensions & form personalization).
In relation to databases, you will have sound knowledge in Cloning, Patching, application upgrade, database and platform migration.
Should have handled at least 3 full cycle implementations.
Experienced in PL/SQL, AOL, OAF / ADF & Workflow.
Technical expertise in following areas: HR/Payroll, Financial modules, Manufacturing & Supply Chain modules.
Expertise in XML Publisher.
Should have exposure to Oracle AIM methodology
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Oracle Certifications would be advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to drive implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) systems – Oracle.
Possess strong analytical skills, is highly meticulous and someone who has an eye for details.
Ability to prioritize time and tasks.
Creativity in resolving complex issues surrounding business process and technical challenges.
The job of the Oracle ERP Technical Consultant may require local travel.
Limited occasional work outside of working hours
Limited occasional work during the weekend may be required during maintenance, new deployment, emergences, etc.
