Sr. Operations Manager

Job Specifications

Must have minimum 15 years experience into Service Operations and as Sr. Operation Manager minimum 4-5 years in GCC.

Good Communication skills in English.

Must have Diploma/Degree Mechanical Engineering/ Automobile Engineering.

Must hold GCC Valid Driving License.

Job Description:

Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the Workshop & Bodyshop , achieve labor sales target and profit target for workshop & Bodyshop.

Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers & Insurance to encourage repeat and referral business also ensure their needs are met to achieve CS target.

Manage the team of workshop manager , bodyshop manager ,technical & non technical trainer , warranty manager , store in charge , CS manager & service Marketing manager.

Ensure standard Workshop &Bodyshop process are implemented and set targeted results of implementation of standard process are achieved .
