Sr Engineer - Platform Operations(4G Network)

Job Responsibilities
• Installing Linux Servers and support for video application on android, IOs, HTML for a leading 4G network provider.
• Handle JIRA ticket Systems to solve clients issues for media systems
• VM creation on ESXi servers to support android, IOs, HTML media application
• Linux services management to support live ,VOD and catchup media stream on android, IOs, HTML
• Live FMP4 streaming video Content management
• Handle ESXi VMware servers end to end
• Manage system through cobbler & puppet. And alert monitoring system through Nagios
• Subscription management for video platform
• Work on RCA for media application issues through log analysis and troubleshooting
• To Manage varnish servers, which act as internal CDN for android, IOs, HTML media application
• Involve in preparation of release notes for media components
• Testing and deployment of media builds.
• Perform upgrade of media component through deployments.
