Activities involved will be understanding customer requirement and ensuring the maximum satisfaction of customers by proposing optimized solutions Ability to understand organization structure of medium/ large accounts/customers. Ability to assess customer Documentation Needs and workflows. Retaining key accounts and generating new accounts/customers. Ability to generate prospects through cold calling as well as generating repeat business from User Accounts.
