ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF SR. ACCOUNTANT

1. Online Banking - Monitoring and executing all the receipts and payments respectively through RTGS, NEFT, IMPS

2. Responsible for accurate and timely online submission of TDS, VAT, Custom Duties , Service Tax, Corporate Taxes.

3. Monitoring and executing foreign receivables and payables, against imports, by coordinating with the foreign customers and principals over the emails.

4. Ensuring proper entries of imports into the accounting software and documentation.

5. Planning and executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; providing monthly financial statements and administering the closing process.

6. Skilled in handling audit assignments; coordinating for queries raised by auditors and successfully completing audits within agreed timeframes.

7. Checking of Transporters Invoices & Payment

8. Knowledge of payment through Telegraphic Transfer

9. Handling office petty cash for daily Transaction

10. Handling Purchase & Sales Accounting

11. Reconciliation of Daily sales Report

12. Reconciliation of Debtor & Creditors.

13. Preparation of MIS

14. Prepare staff salary
