Job Description:
Responsible for meeting expected customer service levels by answering regular customer inquiries and concerns via the telephone.
Responsibilities
- Promptly processing and answering customer inquiries and concerns,
- Communicating professionally and providing accurate responses to customer queries
- Educate the customer on products and services
- Suggest marketing deals to customers during service calls
Skills and Experience
- Graduation ( desirable)
- Min one year of call center experience
- Expertise in customer service and tele sales greatly preferred
- Fluency in Spanish: Read, write, speak
- Strong written and oral communication skills
